I am sure you have noticed my cold weather obsession with the long flowing skirt.  So imagine my excitement when I found this silk, black, skirt at Zara for $12.00 on my last trip to New York.  I have been living in it, especially since it is such an easy piece to wear to work.  It looks even better with this fun blouse I found on mega sale at Blush.  The weather is still weird here, but throw on a chunky knit scarf and this is the perfect outfit for a cool morning and sunny afternoon.  Happy Tuesday...J
