Happy Tuesday People! When I saw this photo, I went back to the moment when it was being taken. I had just pulled out my paper and pencil {raise your hand if you like pencils like me for the little and big mistakes in life}, and I was preparing to scribble all the inspiration I would get from the current panel. Suddenly I saw a camera from the corner of my eye. If I had it to do all over again, I would have sat there looking chic and non-chalant like the blogger veteran that I am not. But no, I decide to turn my head and make a weird face just in time for the picture. But I am truely thankful for this snapshot because it captures the akward essence of me, who would I have been kidding acting all chic. And two, I think this picture pretty much sums up all the emotions I had at Alt. Excitement, nervousness, eagerness, and a little bit of shock that I was in th presence of so many inspiring and talented people. Walk with me down my Alt. memory lane.

For those of you that didn't know, I was roomies with the super stylish
TulipLouise, who has been one of my best friends since Junior High. I will spare you the details, but bunking together included late nights, room service, YouTube videos, matching PJ's, vintage shopping, and lots of laughs. Here we are in our Winter Wonderland party attire.
I can't begin to tell you how many new friends I made this past week. The atmosphere at Alt. was not only inspiring, but so wlecoming. Here I am chatting with a personal fave Michelle from
SecondStreetEast.
The fashion at Alt. blew my socks off. Reining supreme were spots, top knots, glasses {for the 4-eyed love in your life}, and fur. Seriously, I couldn't get enough of the cuteness happening everywhere.

Another personal fave of Alt. were the Friday nigth suite parties. The Smilebooth was a popular attraction for those attracted to shiny things. Like my dress above? It was my mom's, which made getting all dolled up extra special that night. Hope that you have enjoyed a sneak peak into my Alt. week...J
